The Gym Gear Pro Suspension Trainer is a versatile, lightweight training system designed for home users over 30. It allows you to workout anytime and anywhere, using your body weight as resistance to strengthen your entire body.

Adjustable Straps

The unique steel T-fastener buckles enable quick adjustments of the Apex style straps, which range from 1.2m to 2.5m, excluding the anchor strap. This flexibility accommodates users of all sizes and abilities.

Multiple Attachment Points

The 1.25m anchor strap offers five different attachment points. It can be used with the integral door jam or clipped to a wall anchor eyelet (not included). Alternatively, wrap the anchor strap around a tree or secure object with a circumference up to 1.1m.

ABS Hand Grips

The ABS hand grips with integrated foot cradles are perfect for ground-based exercises, enabling a full-body workout. These features enhance exercise variety and effectiveness.

Flexibility and Endurance

Suspension training increases flexibility and endurance, while helping develop and maintain a strong core. This trainer supports a maximum user weight of 125kg but has been independently load tested up to 450kg.
